My Approach to Your Success

My weight loss program offers a comprehensive approach that goes beyond just dieting. I provide personalized meal plans tailored to individual needs and preferences, along with in-depth education on healthy eating habits, portion control, and intuitive eating. Additionally, I offer ongoing support and accountability checks, helping clients overcome challenges, stay motivated, and develop sustainable lifestyle changes for long-term success.

Medical Nutrition Prescription

1 on 1 Coaching Program

The program is best described as a learning experience to understand how to optimize your own body's nutritional needs, similar to a "Nutrition 101 Course" but, designed for you! I will teach you the fundamentals of nutrition,  how our metabolism relates to weight changes, macronutrient importance, and nutrition tips. I provide private or group teaching sessions to all my clients, by request, for those who want to learn more about common nutrition concepts or any specific topics of their choosing!  

We will begin the program with an Initial Consult which will include your prescribed Nutrition Prescription that is recommended you to follow, an Introductory and Assessment phase on your overall goal, and a detailed walkthrough from Start to Finish! I fully encourage you to bring any questions you may have about Nutrition or anything else to this call! Be ready to take notes!

All of my clients are also given a weekly progress check-in that they are required to fill out to ensure positive progress, think of this as your personalized Weekly Homework! This not only acts as an additional form of accountability, but it will provide me with accurate information needed for your reassessment to help you progress each week and prevent plateaus along your journey!

​You will have full access to communicate with me, just like a Personal Dietitian, with professional guidance, daily communications, and weekly check-ins, I will decide whether or not to reassess your program each week moving forward. I will always explain the reasoning behind any adjustments we make, ensuring that you not only continue to move forward but also fully understand the how and why behind each decision. This way, even after our time together, you'll have a solid foundation to maintain the progress we've achieved for the rest of your life!

What can you Expect from the Program?

+ We’ll begin with a one-on-one call to create your prescribed Nutrition Prescription. This includes your Calories and Macros Targets, Sodium, Fluid, and Fiber intake, along with Cardio programming and Supplement recommendations—everything you need for your transformation from Start to Finish!

+ Together, we’ll dive into the most common myths in the health and fitness industry around weight loss, nutrition, training, and supplements. I will clear up the misinformation that's been holding you back, so you can move forward with confidence.

+ I believe 100% in teaching and NOT just telling. I’m committed to helping you understand why we make specific changes each week, ensuring you can sustain and maintain your progress long after our work together is done. My goal is your long-term success, not to keep you as a client forever.

+ You will never locked into a contract with me. If I need a contract to keep you as a client, then I’m not delivering the service you deserve. If you’re not seeing the value, no one benefits from staying on just because of money spent.

+ I’m fully 100% committed to your success and expect the same from you. Communication and accountability are key, and I’ll be with you every step of the way, ensuring you have the support you need to reach your goals.

+ I’ll work closely with you to help you not only discover but truly understand how to balance your intake of CaloriesProteinFats, and Carbohydrates. This approach ensures that your metabolism stays healthy and intact while you achieve your weight loss goals.

+ As part of the program, all clients complete a weekly check-in form—think of it as your progress homework. It takes just 10-15 minutes and is a valuable tool for accountability. These check-ins give me insight into your progress and challenges, helping me make any necessary adjustments to keep you on track.

+ I’m available 24/7 via text, and I encourage everyone who works with me to take advantage and reach out to me whenever needed. Clients who achieve the most success are the ones who stay engaged, ask questions, and actively communicate!

+ To ensure each client receives the attention they deserve, I may limit the number of clients I work with at any given time. If I feel that a client isn’t fully committed to the process or not holding up their end of the commitment, I will discontinue their program, as I prefer to dedicate that spot to someone who is ready to make the change.

Answer: If You Are Looking For A Quick Way To See Results, You Will Be Disappointed! Your Success is Based On YOU And The Dedication You Have To Reach Your GOAL.

Do You Work With Semaglutides or GLP-1 Medications Like Ozempic, Phentermine, Victoza, Mournjaro, Wegovy, Trulicity, & Ect?

Answer: YES! I Have Successful Experience with Patients Who Are On GLP-1 Or Similar Weight-Loss Medications. 

Is Your Program Only For Weight Loss? I Don't Need To Lose Weight, Only Need Help With Eating Healthy. 

Answer: Not At All! I Work With Plenty Of Clients And Patients With A Variety Of Nutrition Goals like Weight Gain, Lowering Blood Sugar, Anti-inflammatory Focus, and Athletic Physique or Performance Goals!

What If I Have a Medical Condition Like Type 2 Diabetes & Want To Lose Weight? Are You Able To Help Me Lose Weight While Having Safe Blood Sugar Levels?
